Rancho Ventura RETURN POLICY
Rancho Ventura Conservation Trust (Merchant) complies with California consumer protection laws and therefore gives customers fair notice and an explanation of our online stores’ policies in regard to shipping, returns and refunds. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Online orders for items will be shipped within 10 days of purchase. Rush and/or expiated delivery is not available. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address prior to shipping.
Return Authorization: Customers are required to contact the Merchant via email or phone prior to retuning any damaged or defective items to get approved for a return authorization. Any items received by the Merchant prior to receiving a “Return Authorization” are not be eligible for a refund.
It is up to the sole discretion of the Merchant to make determinations on if items received are re-sellable and therefore eligible for refund. If a determination is made that the item is not in satisfactory condition for resale i.e. ripped, stained, damaged or broken etc. a customer may not be eligible for a refund.
All custom items ordered are ineligible for returns.
Purchases made from the Merchants store may be returned for the purchase price when postmarked and shipped to our address within 30 days of purchase date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s). No returns will be accepted past 30 days of the purchase date including returns sent to the incorrect shipping address.
Local / non-shipped returns by the customer may be considered at the time of return authorization and must also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be issued by the Merchant to the customer by crediting the customers account or via check within 10 days of receiving a returned item.
